HOW TO FIND US

From Great Yarmouth
California Sands is located on the California Road and is off the B1159 / A149 between Hemsby and Caister.
Take the A149 northbound towards Caister-on-Sea, then the B1159 towards Hemsby.
Just before Hemsby turn right into California Road at the Wheelstop Inn.
Turn first left into California Sands.

From London
Take the M11 towards Cambridge
Exit at Junction 9 for the A11 towards Newmarket.
After 20 miles, join the A14 (Newmarket bypass), then the A11 towards Norwich.
Just before Norwich take the A47 towards Great Yarmouth.
At Acle take the A1064 towards Caister-on-Sea.
After 8 miles take the B1159 towards Hemsby.
After 1.5 miles turn right down California Road at the Wheelstop Inn.
Turn 1st left into California Sands.

On bus 603 from Yarmouth.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The first named person is responsible for the booking, and is over 21 years old. He/she warrants that the party consists of a family, or part of a family. No more than the maximum number of persons stated on the booking form shall be permitted to occupy the accommodation booked. A child or baby counts as one person.
  2. All persons in your party must be entered on your booking form (including all children and infants), and details of any pets you wish to bring.
  3. A £50 non returnable deposit is required when booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before commencement of your holiday, or by instalments to suit you, in which case the final payment must be paid 3 weeks before your start date.
    If the balance is not received by the due date this will be considered as a cancellation, and if after trying to re-let and being unable to do so, you will be liable for the outstanding balance. Confirmation of your holiday will be sent on payment of your deposit
  4. No all male or all female parties under 21 are accepted
  5. Tenants undertake to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and all breakages are notified to the owner and either replaced or paid for before departure. If any problem occurs whilst you are using the chalet please notify us so we can rectify it as soon as possible.
  6. KEY. Available from 2pm on the Saturday of your arrival, from myself. Call my mobile number (07901 774705) on arrival at California Sands. If you find you are behind schedule please let me know on my mobile, so I can arrange to be there when you arrive.
  7. HIGH CHAIR AND TRAVEL COT. Provided, but bedding not supplied. Please ask if required. No extra charge.
    COLOUR TV SET IN CHALET.
    ELECTRICITY. By means of a £1 coin meter.
    ALL BED LINEN SUPPLIED.
    TOWELS AND TEA CLOTHS ARE NOT SUPPLIED
